About Us
At ‘Just Stoves’ we are proud of our wide range of stoves. Our Multi-fuel range covers gas, oil and wood burning stoves and our bespoke service is designed to provide a stove to suit your individual needs.
With rising fuel prices, more and more people are considering buying log burning or multi-fuel stoves. As well as being fuel efficient, today’s stoves are good-looking and easy to use with a living flame that turns any house into a welcoming home.
Just Stoves in Kilsby has been advising, selling and installing stoves for the past four years. The owners, Rachel and Tim, have an in-depth product knowledge gained both from manufacturers’ training courses and personal experience; and that expertise and knowledge is updated regularly.
The first step for anyone considering buying a stove is a visit to the Kilsby showroom where you will see over 20 models from leading manufacturers on display. You can bring your room dimensions and photos along so we can discuss what requirements you have in more detail. You can choose log-burners, multi-fuel (logs and coal) or even gas, electric or oil-fired.
Style is important too: do you prefer a traditional look or a sleek, futuristic model? How about a coloured stove? You don’t have to stick to black!
As part of our service in our local area, we then organise a site visit to inspect the chimney, offer advice and discuss any alterations that may be needed, for example knocking out fireplaces. A free, no obligation estimate is then provided.
Tim installs stoves for most of our customers; both he and the business are HETAS registered so you can be sure the work is always carried out to the highest standard and also meets current Building Regulations. Tim is authorised to issue a Certificate of Compliance as well as a Chimney Data Plate (needed for HIPS when you move house). This means that you don’t need to pay for approval by a local authority building inspector and that they are notified of the installation. Tim was also winner of the Regional Installer of the Year Award for OFTEC in 2005.
After sales service
Once the stove is installed, Rachel is happy to give lessons on how to use it as well as to recommend quality log suppliers. For everyday care of your stove, Just Stoves stocks cleaning equipment, gloves and fireguards as well as log baskets, coal buckets and companion sets. Ash Caddies and Ash-vacs make the removal of ash and cleaning the stove quick and easy; (You can even put the ash directly on to the garden or use it in composting). Accessories also make excellent Christmas gifts for stove-owning friends.
You are sure of a warm welcome at Just Stoves whether you are exploring possibilities, know exactly what you want or are just looking for accessories. We focus on customer service and their in-depth product knowledge means we can always find a solution suitable for you!
